StreamCo charges 20% of new revenue generated above the documented baseline. The baseline is the 90-day trailing average at onboarding. No upfront fees or retainers apply.
Active creators earn 5% of new monthly revenue from directly referred creators (Tier 1) and 2% from their referred creators (Tier 2) for as long as both parties remain active.
Your baseline revenue is protected permanently. StreamCo invoices only on revenue above the documented baseline.
Cancel any time, zero penalty. All content, communities, partnerships, and referral earnings remain yours.

StreamCo operates on a performance-fee model. Creators owe no upfront platform fee unless a separate agreement says otherwise. StreamCo may collect revenue from brands, sponsors, affiliates, buyers, or creator campaigns, then calculate creator payouts based on the agreed split.
Default split: creator receives 80% of new revenue created by StreamCo; StreamCo retains 20%. Referral overrides may equal 5% of referred creator new revenue when eligible and tracked. Payouts are subject to refunds, chargebacks, platform fees, tax documentation, identity verification, and payment processor availability.
Creators are responsible for accurate tax forms, payout details, and compliance with platform, sponsor, and payment processor rules.
